The M421-106 Torque/Thrust Sensor, was designed to replicate 100, 200, and 250 ml pharmaceutical bottles, and assist user in set-up and calibration of bottle capping production machinery. Dual on-board amplifiers and synchronized ∑-∆ ADCs insure simultaneous conversion of data from the two sensor strain gage bridges. A Bluetooth transceiver with rechargeable 7.4V  LI-ION battery, and built-in antenna, transmits the digitally formatted data to a Bluetooth dongle plugged into the USB port of a PC. Transmit range of the M421-106 was tested successfully at 30 feet and operated for two hours with a fully charged battery. A battery charging adaptor, and CD with driver software, and documentation is included.
